Who we are
This service is operated by CLN (Construction Leadership Network), 566 Fawn Lane, Hummelstown, PA 17036, United States. CLN is the data controller for personal data collected through aireassessment.com. Contact: privacy@aireassessment.com.
What we collect
Name, email, phone (optional), employer or institution, job title, assessment responses, archetype results, and basic technical data (IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed).
How we use it
To calculate assessment results, deliver reports, populate the employer or educator dashboard, process payment, provide support, secure the service, and generate de-identified aggregate research.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA; if you volunteer any in a free-text field, we use it only to answer you and delete it on request.
Retention schedule
Assessment responses and results: 3 years from completion, then automatic deletion. Account and billing records: 7 years, as required for tax and accounting. Support correspondence: 2 years. Server and security logs: 90 days. Earlier deletion on request, except where we must retain a record by law.
Your California rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know and access the specific pieces and categories of personal information we hold, their sources, and the purposes of collection.
- Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Data portability — receive a copy in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Opt out of sale and of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do neither, so there is nothing to opt out of; if that ever changes we will post a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link here before it takes effect.
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. We do not collect it for any purpose that triggers this right.
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge a different price, or degrade quality because you exercised a right.
Exercise any right by emailing privacy@aireassessment.com. We verify requests by confirming control of the email on the account, respond within 45 days, and accept requests from an authorized agent with written permission.
Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are in the EEA or UK, you additionally have rights of rectification, restriction, objection, and to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Our lawful bases are contract (delivering your results), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and consent (non-essential cookies).
Security
Personal data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our hosting provider, access is restricted to the people who need it, and row-level access rules keep each account's records separate.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies for authentication plus privacy-respecting analytics. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner.
Children's privacy
This service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, which is the minimum age stated in our Terms. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, email privacy@aireassessment.com and we will delete it.
